Janel began at RGA as a junior designer and assisted with many different projects including Downtown Casino & Resort- Las Vegas, Pala Casino & Spa, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro - Las Vegas, and uWink-Topanga.

Prior to joining RGA, Janel assisted at a construction company that specialized in large kitchen remodels, as well as the renovation of a large Hollywood Hills home for which she supervised finishes. She then worked with a small building design company in Venice CA that specialized in small commercial and residential projects with a focus on providing environmentally responsible “green design.”

Janel has recently received her Professional Certificate in Interior Design from the accredited four-year UCLA Extension Architecture and Interior Design Program. She previously received a Bachelors of Science from UCLA, majoring in Physiological Science with a minor in Health Policy. Before changing career fields she worked at the UCLA Center for Healthier Children Families and Communities as a researcher concentrating on access to healthcare for children.
