
As Project Designer, Michelle recently completed Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro, located in The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, newly opened in January 2008. Currently she is designing Truxton’s Short Order in the Howard Hughes Center, Los Angeles. This fast casual restaurant is based on Truxton’s American Bistro, a previous RGA project on which she contributed. She is also collaborating with Sergio to redesign Gus’s Bar-B-Que, in South Pasadena.
She has collaborated with staff designers on several projects including: The Farm of Beverly Hills, Topanga, California; several restaurants in the Pala Casino Spa and Resort, San Diego; Bliss Spa in the W Hotel, Los Angeles; Panorama Towers, Las Vegas; and Pitfire Pizza, Los Angeles, uWink Media Bistro, Los Angeles; and Downtown Casino and Resort (the former Lady Luck Casino), Las Vegas. Additionally, Michelle has assisted current clients to provide restaurant consulting to the Sheraton Waikiki Resort, Waikiki, Hawaii.
She is also participates in ib4e, a creative consulting team comprised of RGA designers, market researchers, food industry consultants, and graphic designers.
Michelle attended UCLA Extension in the accredited Architecture and Interior Design Program, focusing on the Professional Certificate in Interior Design. She holds an MS in Counseling from Villanova University and a BA in Psychology from Elizabethtown College. Her previous experience includes nine years as a professional career counselor in several large universities.
