An experienced interior designer, Michelle’s projects include restaurants, hotels and casinos, and spas.  With a background in counseling, Michelle combines her varied experience to aid clients to fully express their design ideas and create successful commercial projects.

Her most recently completed project is Truxton’s Short Order, Howard Hughes Center, Los Angeles.  This fast-casual restaurant is a sister location to Truxton’s American Bistro, another RGA project on which she contributed.  She collaborated with Sergio Osorio on the recent redesign of Gus’s Barbecue, South Pasadena.

Currently Michelle is working on Vodvil, an entertainment-based nightclub/restaurant to debut in Los Angeles; and a Neapolitan pizzeria concept.

Other project collaborations include: The Farm of Beverly Hills, Topanga, California and LA Live! Center, Downtown Los Angeles; Pala Casino Spa and Resort, San Diego; Bliss Spa in the W Hotel, Los Angeles; Pitfire Pizza, Los Angeles; and uWink, Hollywood and Highland Center, Los Angeles.

Michelle participates as a member of ib4e partners, a creative consulting team comprised of RGA designers, market researchers, food industry consultants, and graphic designers. Through innovative and energizing techniques, ib4e partners assists clients to develop a unique brand experience.

Recently Michelle was selected as one of boutique DESIGN Magazine’s “Boutique 18” up-and-coming designers, and recognized at an awards ceremony at the 2009 HD Hospitality Expo in Las Vegas.

Michelle completed the Professional Certificate in Interior Design from UCLA Extension's accredited four-year Architecture and interior Design Program.  She earned an MS in Counseling from Villanova University, and a BA in Psychology from Elizabethtown College, both in Pennsylvania.  She served for nine years as a professional career counselor in several large universities, and achieved National Certified Counselor standing.
